Piquarium Warranty
Our Complete Satisfaction warranty will have you covered. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your Piquarium, ship it back to us within 30 days, in its original packaging, and we'll refund every dollar of your purchase price promptly! Also, all Piquarium tanks are guaranteed against leakage for as long as you own the product.
Note: as of January 2010, over 500+ Piquariums have found homes and we haven't had one return! We’re very proud of this fact.
The 3 main components of Piquariums are the cabinet, tank and frame. We warranty these components for as long as the original buyer owns the product. 10 years down the road, if your tank leaks or a frame warps (both highly unlikely), we’ll replace it.
We warranty the heater, light, powerhead and air pump for 1 year. Note: we've been in business since August 2006 and we’ve only replaced 2 lights and 1 heater. We provide the best components on the market. We know you'll enjoy your Piquarium for many years to come!
